Therefore, this means that no benefits to be given to any specific section in the society, and development in the state of lower sections of the society (SCs, STs, and OBCs) and women. Social Justice is the keystone of the Constitution of India. The people who made the Constitution had full knowledge about the use and basis of various principles of justice.
They were required to look for such a condition of justice which may fulfil the optimistic beliefs of entire revolution. Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru contemplated before the Constituent Assembly “Initial efforts is to make the country independent through a new Constitution by which people will fulfil their basic needs, and every Indian will get recourse so as to progress.” Social equity was based to help each individual in their own way. Even though Social justice is undefined in the Constitution still it is an absolute component which is an objective of the Constitution
